This glass pen is a collaboration between HASE Glass Works and Tono & Lims.
HASE Glass Works (HASE硝子工房) is located in Sakado City, Saitama Prefecture. It is a small studio with only one artist – Naohiro Hasegawa (長谷川尚宏). Each Borosilicate glass pen is handmade above a burner flame which is over 2000 degrees. Every pen is a one-of-a-kind work created without using a mold.

Returns
Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
You can only return an item if it is unused and in the same state as when you first received it. It should also be in the original package.
